1. First Contact

Get in touch with us and let us know how we can help you. We will ask you for some information to help us understand the scope of the project.

2. Planning

Once you are ready to start we have a meeting and discuss in more detail the needs of your project. We then make a thorough plan for what needs to be developed and how we proceed.

3. Final Strategy

We create a clear list of deliverables, along with a timeline and cost estimate for you to approve. Once we receive the OK from you, a contract is signed and a down-payment is made.

4. First Draft & Proofing

We begin the production process and provide you with a first draft of the deliverables for feedback and approval. If applicable, we go through as many iterative steps as we agreed upon in the contract.

5. Implementation

We implement all your feedback and put together the final deliverables. Close communication with you is maintained throughout the entire process to ensure your satisfaction.

6. Handover

The final files are handed over to you and sent to the relevant suppliers for production. The remainder of the project value is paid.
